This sounds like fun, I look forward to coming, that is if I can convince my folks to allow it, and on whether or not I'll have to pay for plane tickets.

I love LA and I hope I'll be in the area when you hold the festival.
I'm in Taiwan right now though.

Wow, this is a brilliant idea! I'd definitely come to something like that! Just don't hold it in August, that way I won't have to decide between going to the Wrong Planet con or the Star Trek con!

Hello Alex, I think Hollywood would be better than Vegas, being that Vegas is more of a party town and less conducive for being serious. Plus it is Too hot.

There a lot of british aspies on here and other western europeans. Maybe we could hold another conference in England as L.A. is a long way from Europe.

Hi Alex.

I live in Denmark, and ill cross the globe to attend.

I could give presentation/s on various topics including:

Sexuality
Autistic Family life
The misconceptions of Inclusion
Autistic Thinking and Perception - The Autistic Guide to Autism
The Autistic Curriculum - Being Different, Learning Differently.
Informateur - A danish Self-advocacy project

and many others. I can present in English no problem.

I'm in Asia but I would try to come out. Could you put out info on Facebook? Also, what is the proposed timeframe?

I so totally want to come to an event like that, and bring my little sister too. I am totally excited at the possibility. I really hope it comes tp fruition! I am an artist/painter and am willing to contribute artwork for display too-it sounds so fun!

Yeah, we should definitely have art exhibition space and film screenings as part of the conference.
