Sorry.

I know that you are on some meds, but I wonder if a change would benifit you. It sounds like you may need a mood stabalizer?

I know what you mean about rapidly swinging moods. I have the same sort of thing, I think I have severe reactive depression, I wonder if something you did or where exposed to or even "thought" triggered the "crappy" feelings?

I'm not really sure what triggers it anymore. It just happens, usually fairly quickly. I've been getting into a few hours of being kind of depressed at least once a day lately, and then I feel better until it happens again. I've had this before but it seems different now.

I can't get out of it though. I've had it since I was 13, although it gets better and worse depending on circumstances. I thought it was going after I found out about AS last year and things started getting better. Now it's getting worse again.

I have history, cats and music. But these can't reverse my unhappiness. It's the other way round. The more unhappy I am, the more I feel further from my interests. I'll always love Flo and listen to music etc, but when I'm this sad, I can't motivate myself to pursue my interests.

That's just it though, I have things. But it doesn't work. It's the other way round.

Yeah, I don't think it's the Prozac making me like this though. It seemed to be working for my anxiety well until today. I panicked really badly today though and bit my hand till I had red teeth marks all over it.

Not a lot.
Somewhere between 20-30mg a day. I forgot it this morning and didn't take it till after my exam. But that was only a couple of hours late so that won't make any difference right?

it shouldn't make any difference prozac is supposed to build itself to a steady level and takes a while to wear off (weeks/months)

But I need something for my anxiety as well. Do you think it would be better to get rid of this but keep anxiety or get rid of anxiety instead?
