I should get some real pictures of my real cat. I don't have anything which which to photograph him, unfortunately.

He was traumatized by previous owners and had a lot of anxiety when I first got him. He still does - I don't think he ever really trusts that he'll get fed. The last person who had him starved him down to skin and bones before abandoning him in our yard - which was good for the cat because he gets to eat as much as he wants, now. He's an orange tabby but talks like a Siamese.

I tried social anxiety forums many years ago. It didn't prove an easy place for me. A lot of complaining and blaming others/the world for their misery. Many with questions just wanted everybody to agree with them and go along with the 'yes, the world sucks, poor little you'.

Depression was a likely player, and they were there for support, as I was, but it got to a point where I concluded that I cannot possibly be "one of these negative, blind to their own (in)actions creatures". :P

Yours is definitely a good catatar, maybe the best I have seen...simple, pristine, centered, serene.....

Regarding the perceived value of these various animal pictures, it is interesting that no matter how beautiful or ugly a picture is, if you like the person, it will get more beautiful even if the animal picture is ugly,' or if you come to dislike the person it will become more ugly even if the animal picture is 'beautiful,' as subjective experience and various context will play into the perception. And yet there is some kind of quality of beauty that is beyond this, but hate can tarnish even that. People in general want this ideal of beauty but they are perfectly 'happy' to mar it with hate, all the while accusing other people of hating themselves, so the mirror is tarnished by their own clouded perception. In this sense, 'beauty' can be ugly, so is this real beauty? Or is even any beauty real, since different people are perceiving it differently?

Is that what it meant? I left my universal translator at the shop so it's all jibber-jabber to me.

Yes, she's referring to something I said to her (which I can't repeat because it was in a locked thread) and saying I am hateful therefore my cat is ugly. Good argument, huh? It's ok, Panchy knows he's dashing! :D :D Boy this cat parade has really put a bee in her bonnet. First it wasn't deep enough inquiry and now my cat is ugly. :D

Wait wait, do bees wear bonnets? Can a bee be in a bee's bonnet?

Nice name. I love kitties! Especially after a rough day at work, I could talk about kitties all night!

So you know, i can understand your view, OP. I totally do!! Sometimes i feel the same way about all this things, and i think the same thing as you are. But i'm only here because i don't have that attitude you're descibing, and i just wanted to hear/read the autism stories all around the whole wide world, not only my own little country. Only to learn that so many things when it comes to autism are not country or culture bound, but in fact are universe all around the world. Which makes me feel really great, because sometimes i feel so alone and 'weird' but in fact i'm not! I'm getting your frustrations, i really do. Sometimes i do feel the same, not only on this forum, but also in real life. Sometimes i think people are just victimize their selves in order to get attention or whatever. And i think some people with autism are doing that too. But than again, i'm feeling like a victim too sometimes, and don't i have the right to speak about that?

I think of this forum as a wide 'think-tank'. Everyone's got their own problems, and we just want to talk about it. So we come up here. Because we feel like this is the place we don't get judge when it comes to our problems. That is our right you know.
But i'm actually really glad you've mention this 'discussion'. I really like it when someone is saying something from the heart, despite if it is a unpopular opinion or not. I really like that!
Thank you for making me think about this things, and the reason why i'm even on this platform!

All your pets are beautiful and I'm sure you guys have a very loving friendship.

My grandmother when my mom and uncle were little had a cat like yours that they got from a pet store for my mom and uncle. W except she was more white than brown. He was a boy cat named cutie pie and he had a great relationship with anyone who treated him well and gave him food although sometimes he would try to bite he bit my mom after putting him in a baby bonnet and carriage.

He would always wait for my grandfather to get home from work and wait at the door and he would feed him in the middle the night.

One time when he was justo kitten my grandfather and him were in the bathroom and they got locked in and my grandpa started yelling and he started meowing and as my uncle told me he said that they bonded that day.
