I agree, this is true of this test and several similar ones as well.

my NT score is 16%.

You aren't neurotypical at all. Sure, it may mean others think of your social skills as "very poor", but that's doesn't mean you aren't good at anything, you probably have a skill other than socializing, which is probably not something you enjoy anyway. It is very likely that you are autistic.

Well, I took this test way back on page 5 near when I first started posting, and got 34%
Up to 50% on this occasion, and I think that's fair.

And I did have socializing and fitting in as an obsessive special interest from age 10 on. I really like socializing but still have great anxiety at jobs dealing with people.
