Isn't there a cheap transport vehicle you can use from the Moon down to Earth :P
No, but I could make a ladder and climb down.
Hopefully, by next year, EasyJet will be operating some cheap flights between the moon and London, so you could join us for Autscape 2010 !

I found there is a brochure for Autscape 2009:
http://www.autscape.org/brochure2009.pdf

I think it doesn't add any information to what we already know, and its pages are situated upside down in relation to one another, but I'm posting it here anyway.

I really want to go but I just found out about it over half an hour ago. Really hoping I can go!

Is there anyone on here I could share a room with?

If you want to know more about me before you decide, here you go:

Also, is there cheap hotels in London you can check into if there's no residential spaces left?

There are only two residential places left for Autscape 2009 (sharing a twin room) and up to ten non residential places left.
Registration closes in two days time.

If you want to attend and haven't booked, do so now!
If you know anyone who is still undecided, encourage them to book now!

If you have booked and paid but not received a payment confirmation, please contact the registrar as soon as possible.

If you have booked but NOT yet paid, please read on:

(i) if you have booked but not paid, but have made a definite arrangement with the registrar to pay later, then your place is secure. (If you are unsure about this, please contact the registrar to check.)

(ii) if you have booked but not paid, and have NOT made a clear agreement with the registrar about when you will pay, then please contact the registrar as soon as possible to confirm your place and make an arrangement to pay. Otherwise, you risk losing your place at Autscape this year.

Please be assured that as fellow autistics the Autscape committee do understand how daunting the whole registration and payment process can be. If you have booked a place but not either paid for it or made a firm arrangement to pay, then the most important thing is to STAY IN CONTACT WITH the AUTSCAPE COMMITTEE so that they don't think you have lost interest and end up allocating your place to someone else.

Last evening, I went to the desert with my national aspie self-advocacy group. We found a very quiet area, lied our backs on our sleeping bags and gazed at the Perseid meteor shower. It was so beautiful. We were also joined by an American aspie who is currently visiting this country.
Monday night I'm flying to Autscape 2009, and after Autscape 2009 I'll spend a few days with my aspie friends in London, and also attend LotusBlosom's Post-Autscape WP London meet up.

Am I living on an aspie planet? or what? :)

I'm in London at the moment, staying near London Bridge Station. On my first evening here, I did a recce of the route to the Emmaus Retreat Centre (where Autscape is to be held) and of the general area.
