Thank you. I know it sounds crazy, but I couldn't help but to think it. I was just watching Roseanne too like right before I came on here, and one of the scenes, Jackie was pregnant wanting to tell her mom in a way that would kill her mom, and Roseanne reminded her of kharma and reincarnation and how now was not a good time for someone like Jackie to want her mom to die. I haven't told anyone on here yet, but I just found out I was pregnant, so the thought did just creep in my head.
No, not a crazy question if you believe in reincarnation....I think of when a young relative of mine announced her pregnancy shortly after my mother died, and my brother momentarily speculated on the possibility, and it freaked me a little. Not because I believe it could happen (given my mother's issues around me, I doubt the universe would let her anywhere near me for a
very long time to come), but because it's immensely damaging to have those kind of expectations of a child. Making them out to
be a deceased relative (or anyone else) is expecting them to live as someone else rather than their own person. I personally think that surely most people who die would need recuperation time - for some, a long time - before giving it another go, if indeed they ever do. So even if reincarnation happens, you can't pinpoint who gets reborn as who, and perhaps that's just as well.
