All the time. Shouldn't do it, btw, it makes me look like I lack confidence, which I do, actually.

I find crowds very disturbing and threatening, they make me feel awkward and confused. So when I look at the ground, I suffer much less from anxiety and sensory overload.

yes. when i was in high school, my friends noted that a lot of people called me "that girl who always looks at the floor." guess i didn't say hi much either.

It's only really been over the last year that I was concerned about how I walked. I thought it was because I sometimes walk a bit weird(certain muscles pull constantly in my legs with every step so I don't extend them as far, though it seemed subtle) but it turned out last month it was because I looked down at the floor while walking. TBH, it never really occurred to me that I did, or that other people didn't. One of them. I still keep my head down while I walk though, I never know what to look at with my head up and I don't like people looking at my facial expressions.

I still do that. Or look sideways, or way off into the distance.

I didn't realise it was an aspie thing.

Yes, though I still look at a 45 degree angle; don't wanna trip over stuff!
