And what's funny is people can be nice but yet be a b***h at the same time or mean.

I unfortunatly have to deal with those kind of people everyday of my life.

And considering that the mom wasnt the one driving, it could be that she was being overprotective of her son or spoiling him like a little brat. In any case I would've asked the lady why I'm wasting my breath with her when she wasnt even the one behind the wheel.

If her son was a minor, then that would explain alot. Most teenagers dont know how to drive anyway. :P

That woman sounds like a total jerk. Like others have said, methinks she was trying to intimidate you.

The son looked to be in his early twenties.

And she did a good job.

But lesson learned. It could have been much worse.

Some lady threatned to call the police on me when I tried to save a poor little snake her brat kid said he was going to kill. She didn't though. My parents almost sued my second grade and fourth grade teachers.

Given the fact that she had a camera and a recorder in the car, it's entirely possible that she has done this to other people before, or it's possible that she sues insurance companies for a living. A lot of people rely on cash settlements from court cases.

The only real mistake that I can think of is mentioning a "mental disorder". If she does decide to persue this, and her main target is you, rather than any insurance company, she could decide to use it against you to discredit your testimony.
