Too much water can kill you. Everything needs to be taken in moderation. Not enough sugar is harmful to you in some way too. I get really tired and dizzy if I don't have enough.

Hypoglycaemic - lots of sugar and chocolate for me, pleeaase :lol:
otherwise I can't concentrate and my stress-level rises .

Exactly the same here. Not enough sugar => weakness, dizziness, rapid faint pulse and dyspraxia-like symptoms.

Too little makes me lethargic, too much hyperactive. I have no problems with being hyperactive. :D

Me neither. I swear I concentrate better if I am mildly or moderately hyperactive.

And does anyone else get dyspraxialike symptoms if they don't eat regularly? If I get a low blood sugar slump, I can actually start walking awkwardly, more falling than walking...

Not at all. I've gone without sugar for months (as in, a ketogenic diet) to manage my epilepsy and never noticed any reduction in any other symptoms.

I guess I'm not sensitive to gluten either.
