i'm not very girly (for lack of a better word). People have described me as being very boy-ish but never tomboy. I like a lot of things boys like.

Sooo... can we safely conclude that aspie girls tend to be tomboys?

she doesnt crawl, she stomps and pouts
with upturned fistt ,she starts to shout...
"No more dresses,f**k your lace
I can not stand your"womens place"

she wants to wrestle and run free
and climb the limb of every tree

but she's been cursed by mothers rule
good girls must wear dresses to school

the devils spawn-the lunatic frindge
a banging shutter on a creaky hindge
a few loose wire ,the pieces don't fit
a sober,ex-death-rock punk misfit?

she loves to f**k books and tries to read lovers
but found no men of brail, to read between the covers

I'm an Aspie...I'm a female...I'm NOT a tomboy. In fact, I've never seen the defined barriers at all. I mean, I've played with trains as a kid, and I like watching football (soccer to you across the atlantic). Those are, I guess, traditionally 'boyish'. But I collect My LIttle Pony and have done since I was a small girl. Right this second there is a blue pony with white hair on my speaker, with a glittery yellow wand wrapped to her leg. Is that tomboyish? Think not! (So MLP is one of my obsessions hehe)

My room is pink and purple. I hate short hair. I curl my hair or braid my hair quite a lot. I don't wear make up because I have high likelihoods of allergic reactions and because I'm scared to do it wrong, but I like to look girly and I like choosing - and buying - new outfits.

I don't wear dresses very often but that's only because I was made to wear them as a child and they were always dresses in funny colours...:S

So no, I wouldn't say I'm a tomboyish girl aspie ;)

Aspie-girl and tom-boy. I played with Ken as a child, my sister with Barbie. My mother got me a tie when I was 6, never wore it outside though. I play videogames, love sports, would rather wear mens clothes than womens, but they are to big for me.

I also hate shopping, for anything, go there, get it, get out!

My hear is very short because I cut it myself, it's cheap and easy.

I will wear dresses in the summer when it's really hot, upside to being a woman. And sometimes I enjoy looking and being feminine.

I'm not into sex at all, very confused about my sexuality. Tried being a lesbian, they said I looked like one, but did not fit in there either. I find both men and women interesting, just not sexualy.

I don't think in terms of men and women but people.

I'm so glad to find out there are more like me. :)

Hi corcovado! You might like to check out this site:
http://www.asexuality.org/discussion/

You'll find you're far from alone in your confusion, and that site certainly helped me sort things out.

Me, I was always a tomboy. I loved to climb trees, make slingshots, target shoot and fight. I've never played with a doll in my life. So I guess for once I'm in the majority! :D

Thanks Aeriel :D :D :D Wow, that's big, I mean....I'm really not alone, not only are there other aspergers but there are other people who are asexual. I've always said that I was a-sexual, as a joke, a punt to being bi-sexual, a,b,c hehe. but it's actually something you can be. Thanks a lot, I'm going to check that out when I have more time.

You've made my day, neeh, you've made the rest of the year :!:

My daughter is a tom boy, she dresses feminine likes all things feminine, she prefers boys as friends, the girls she used to hang around with (or tried too) talk non stop about boyfriends etc, going to get drunk etc. My daughter prefers to read, watch sci-fi movies, and the company of her dog, cat and rabbit.

Glad to be of help! Before I found AVEN, I had gotten as far as calling myself 'neutral', since I don't feel particularly feminine or masculine, and am not interested in sex with either men or women. Like you I thought I might be gay; then someone pointed out "Gay women are usually interested in sex with other gay women," and that left me out. Finding out there were others like me put me on a high that lasted a couple of weeks.

There are quite a few aspie/asexuals that post on the AVEN site (I'm Aeriel over there too). Hope you'll find the time to check it out.

I've checked it, looks good, I'll submit later as Corcovado, busy here right now, just found this site three days ago, it's my new obsession, then I'll let the asexuality sink in and focus on HAVEN. Thanks again.

To Jetfox check HAVEN's webpage out, it explains it very well.

Hi Jetfox, the adress is: www.asexuality.org

I guess it's neither good nor bad, it's just who you are. It will be difficult finding a partner though, it's always easier to be mainstream
but not as fun

Go check it out.

i don't have to worry about partners cause i'm staying single till i die.

besides i don't think i could find anyone that would even compare with xemnas, saix, x.h., marluxia, cloud ect... so basicly if one of these characters doesn't become real [which i already know that answer... no] i'm never going to bother with any guys. no offense though *runs to hide as missilanious [can't spell] weapons get thrown at her*

god i sound like a sexist. i think that's the right word.
saix: of course your a sexist i could of told you that.
since when.
xemnas: sense you started saying animated guys are better then real.
oh. *hides behind xemnas your protecting me when a ton of anti sexists try to kill me.
xemnas: *teleports* your on your own here.
saix *puppy eyes* [as if i can acheive puppy eyes <_<] please help.
saix: no full moon so sorry.
i'm dead now right. o_o

I am a tomboy too...

I am interested in sports, climbing trees, running, and jumping
I also prefer boy subjects which are Math and Science
I don't act like a girl
