What makes someone "intelligent?"

Oh, I rarely care about anyone's feelings, so you're in good company. Likewise, I'm not in the mood to be a punching bag today, so I'm just going to ignore your misplaced aggression and proceed with the meat of the discussion.
First, I can think of many people who posses "art" and "science" skills. DaVinci was hardly alone in that respect. One of my favorite science fiction writers is an astronomer and a writer. I own another book by a man who has a dual degree in both math and philosophy.
The notion that "science" and "art" are polar opposites seems to comfort some people, but I really have no idea why. If someone can produce definitive, physical evident that the human brain is not capable of processing both "art" and "science," I'll revise my views.
