An ADHD specialist up in Austin actually recommended this site to me once my mother went up to see him yesterday... Is it really that terrible? I'm curious to know.

This isn't just some 18 year old feeling up his 17 year old girlfriend. From the Utah code:

76-9-702.5 Lewdness involving a child.
(1) A person is guilty of lewdness involving a child if the person under circumstances not
amounting to rape of a child, object rape of a child, sodomy upon a child, sexual abuse of
a child, aggravated sexual abuse of a child, or an attempt to commit any of those offenses,
intentionally or knowingly does any of the following to, or in the presence of, a child who is
under 14 years of age:
(a) performs an act of sexual intercourse or sodomy;
(b) exposes his or her genitals, the female breast below the top of the areola, the buttocks, the
anus, or the pubic area:
(i) in a public place; or
(ii) in a private place:
(A) under circumstances the person should know will likely cause affront or alarm; or
(B) with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of the actor or the child;
(c) masturbates;
(d) under circumstances not amounting to sexual exploitation of a child under Section 76-5b-201,
causes a child under the age of 14 years to expose his or her genitals, anus, or breast, if
female, to the actor, with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of the actor or the
child; or
(e) performs any other act of lewdness.

I'm sure it's the same Travis, too:

This should be reported. I don't know if it's legal. It sure as hell isn't ethical. Their customer based has a right to know that the "life coach" who is talking to them about their kids, or who might even be talking TO their kids through "coaching", is a f*****g sex offender.

Plus he's 21. Life coach? Hardly.

Can you share the links to this information? I am unable to confirm this.

Thank you for this thread. It has all been very enlightening and I would also like to know the answer to the question in the last post (previous to this).

I am blown away by the immaturity and general creep factor of this thread. Very troll-like. :evil: :evil: :evil:

Honestly, if you feel gypped , then for God's sake ask for your money back instead of flaming them on this site. Grow up. Adults take up the issue with the vendor instead of whining here. If you took longer than a year to get around to asking for your money back, I consider that your problem, not a "jip" by them.

My son and I both have Aspergers. Mine wasn't diagnosed until my son's when he was 14. Life growing up (as we all know was HELL. I was always the odd one, always being discounted and dismissed, being told I'm "too sensitive", and the best one.. the eye roll. It was an act of sheer will and God's grace to manage single parenting of an Aspie son. I did my best to help him navigate the world, teaching him my life hacks, such as looking like you're making eye contact when you *really* can't do it.

Where as Asperger Experts when I was growing up??? Everything I have watched, listened to and read on their site is DEAD ON THE MONEY!!. I have purchased many of their courses (shut up about them ripping you off.. they give lots of info and pointers for free, and I'm not rich (I bought these on PayPal credit and am still paying them off). They are the first thing including ridiculous communication classes, therapies and general BLAME that actually works. They have helped me not only troubleshoot my own weak areas and stuck spots (so that I not only remain employed but got PROMOTED), but also help my son survive brick and mortar school, make a great group of friends (?!?!? I never had those) and progress to college.. Asperger Experts put words to things I tried to but couldn't. I couldn't be happier. I've become a much more informed and diplomatic advocate for not only my son but also for myself. :ninja: 8)

It really chaps my hide that this sort of flaming could be holding people back from something can could prove very beneficial.

Put it this way... They have a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE. If it doesn't work after 364 days, ask for your money back, for cryin' out loud. Or if you're a cheapskate, buy it, use it, benefit from it and still return it. But I find it impossible to believe that this wouldn't work for aspies --- unless they have an unusual comorbity that would interfere.

Put it this way... What have you got to lose with a guarantee like that?? Personally, the flaming sounds more like a cop-out.

As for the "victims".... the victim card gets really old. Improve your life or don't. It IS a choice.
