I've noticed that every post where I mention NTs in a realistic way (you guys may see it perhaps negatively) that 100% of you back up NTs and the system they've created (that is completely controlled by systems of hierarchical power,
No, not 100% of us.
Some of us are aware of at least some of the real differences between the neurotypes, and also have our personal biases for or against based on our own experiences both good and bad.
I think you are observing something of significance though.
That is the process of subconsciously assigning a "negative" label to a bit of neutral information, simply because a more "positive" spin was not added to it before sharing the information.
Basically, if it's not good, then it has to be bad.
This logical operation is KEY in the process of sorting information in order to stratify it into positions of hierarchy.
It's a functional component of the system that you describe.
When shared information does not support the current position of something or someone else, or doesn't support any inferred "positive" attributes of that thing or person, then it categorized as a "negative", which often draws out a defensive response, - an immune response from the hive-mind.
There have been countless times when I have added some neutral bit of information to some conversation, but I'm then accused of being negative, toxic, or generally having a negative attitude, though none of my attitude was shared.
Most listeners ASSUME that you are communicating using the same methods and intentions that they use, and so you are unable to share any information in a neutral way while you are embedded into that context. Your information gets rolled into their interpretation, no matter what your intent was.
This process is likely why we have such problems communicating effectively with NTs.
