people on SSDI in PA can afford apartments via subsidized housing. i'm not sure i understand why you're homeless even though you have income.

...I'd think that " getting in with the (correct) ' subsidized housing ' people " has a great deal to do with it ~ Both in PA and here !

...More about this later , too ~ - But , my attempts to go back to college have crashed upon , for one , VERY MAJOR thing , the fact that I , ever since at least June , have been FRUITLESSLY just trying to get my HS that I graduated from to send me my school records ! Really <CRY>
