It made me happy for the first half hour but after that like all movies ive watched the last 4 days i turned it off coz i cant concentrate

I'm not happy. I'm anxious, insecure, freaked out. My self-esteem is low. I wish I could smoke some dope but I haven't got any because I'm trying to give it up. :(
