You mean I must defacate in a manner consistent with my adaptations as arrived at via my evolutionary history? Yeah, usually about an hour afterwards. There's a rather interesting thread about it here if you're interested:

I eat especially much fruit in hot weather, since I lose a lot of electolytes through sweating, which creates a craving for fruit to replace them.

Thank God (err wait...Ja) the dreads aren't included, otherwise someone might be coughing up furballs.

The tea cosy is 'reusable' fibre. I just rinse it off each day and it's as good as new :P

Here's lunch:

The green stuff is chives and mustard leaves from the garden. There's ham and beef underneath it. I won't eat it all today though, so it'll sit in the fridge for a while.

I usually have two bowls of cereal for breakfast and the rest of the day is whatever I find in the fridge and freezer that looks good. If I could afford and had the time for healthy food I might consider eating some. Peter, I have no idea what any of that healthy stuff is. It does seem like you eat more than me, though. I really love meat. Any kind really, especially cooter. Sea food has a special place in my stomach, love it all. Chinese and Cajun are always good when I go out to eat. Oh, Mexican's good to. Chimichungas are amazing. I'm a big fan of food.

My brother lives on Hot Pockets and cereal. He has the most narrow tastes ever. If there's no dairy product and/or sugar involved, it's instantly labeled disgusting by him.

After reading what you guys have for breakfast, I feel really healthy all of a sudden.
