As mentioned earlier in this thread, no. Brown eyes are the most dominant in humans. Since blue and green eyes are recessive meaning that two alleles are required in order for the trait to be passed on.
I have brown eyes. Specifically I'd say a chestnut shade of brown although my eyes often seem to appear darker on camera; taupe. I'm not autistic (as far as we know) but I decided to contribute anyway.
Oh, and there is indeed a connection between light sensitivity and blue eyes. Blue eyes tend to do better in lower-light situations and usually have better night vision on average compared to their darker eyed counterparts (of course this will vary depending on how good your eye sight is in general). Granted, humans don't have great night vision compared to other animals because we're creatures of the day. Humans are diurnal as opposed to nocturnal. Except college students perhaps.
Fun fact, cats never have brown eyes with the closest possible shade being amber. They are mostly nocturnal creatures, have plenty of naps during the day, and usually hunt more at night. Lighter eyes such as green (the most common eye colour in cats) are better suited to the darkness. Brown eyes typically adapt to sunlight with more ease. Nocturnal animals always have light eyes. Also, if you go right into the ground you are likely to find creatures with eyes that have no melanin at all (such as pink eyes) and if you go even further you'll find creatures that rely solely on their other senses to navigate-perhaps with the inability to see at all. Underground creatures have little purpose for dark eyes better suited for sunlight. Blue eyes in humans originated in Northern Europe as a mutation.
As for left-handedness, I am left-handed. Right footed. The possible relationship between left-handedness, mental illness, and sometimes neurodiversity is one that is of great interest to researchers. I have seen and heard it being discussed before along with conversations about how creativity works. Granted, we still have a lot to learn when it comes to the human mind. I should read up on this area more. Let's just say it's an interest. In fact I'm even making a 2D game related to the human body and mind (sadly not available to the public, just a University project). Am I obsessed? Maybe. I just find this kind of thing fascinating.
Disclaimer: Not an expert so correct me if I'm wrong on anything stated here. I encourage you to do so as I love to learn about this subject.
