My Dad pretends he hates cats. But I know the truth... It's kinda obvious when he pats cats, and I've seen him with a cat on his lap while he was patting it...
Though he does hate outside cats, and I agree with him, cats should be kept inside, or in enclosures outside. Especially in Australia.

I love dogs... I understand dogs better than any creature on the planet, even cats.

I used to have an iguana. Now those can be evil critters. It seemed to want to be godzilla. It frequently tried to attack me if I tried to pick it up. Watching it fight a full-length mirror was funny and never got old though.

First reminded me of my Mom watching the cat wash..."Oh, look at him washing, he's so clean!". My dad, "What? He's rubbing spit all over himself! You wouldnt't think it so clean if I did that!".

One of those weird, endearing things about cats is watching them chew up bugs. Their teeth obviously weren't meant for the work, so they do that "snack, snack, snack" chew with the head on one side, eyes closed, tilt the other way, "snack, snack, snack".

Why do cats always eat bugs? It is amusing, yes, but it is such a regular occurance. I wonder why they do that.

Maybe if your dad was covered in fur head to toe she would prefer him to be spit-polished rather than dirty and matted.
