Yes, I see that they even had a small thread on this questionnaire, which can be found HERE

I found the brief description of the results by this user to be helpful, as a very brief summary of the scoring.

There's no definite "you're schizotypal" score but in the original research, of those who scored 42 or higher, 55% of them had a diagnosis of schizotypal disorder...so if you score around there or higher, you're more likely to have it.

after a very quick count of responses using this value, 1 in approx. 2 (11 of 23) people who have posted their results exceed this value. Which means nothing, but is interesting to me anyway.

The number has very limited quantitative value. It just means assuming you answered honestly you likely could be diagnosed with
STPD.

The score is not bad, and perhaps shows the stigma attached to diagnoses with the schizo- prefix.

I think mostly this thread shows how closely the criteria for AS and STPD are, and that this is an area in which future research is needed.

They'll probably come full circle (with an added twist to keep it interesting) and say that Asperger's is really just a mental illness like schizophrenia (due to the overlap with social impairments), but without the hallucinations and/or delusions. I'd find that hilariously ironic.

It'd knock some people of their horses anyway....

I'm an INFP too. :) Sometimes I start thinking ENFP, but I suppose I must be somewhere inbetween the two.

I also "feel" rather than "think" :) (and then some would say that having strings of random images running through my mind is anything but thinking ;) )

ENFP is my ideal love match. :P

I know what you mean by being in between. I some times feel I am very outgoing on the inside but in reality I'm very introverted to the world. So questions on personality screening test I'm always torn do I answer how I see myself or how I really am.

In general thats semantics as there is likely a neurological basis for
most psychiatric conditions. Even people who due to situational things
become mentally "ill" might have a predisposition to it.

<sigh> I am what I am; the world is but a shadowy reflection to me; I'm still not convinced that all of you exist; but I'll continue to give you all the benefit of the doubt, because I find I like many of the personalities here.

Good fortune,

I gladly yield the high score to you, sir. [If I've kept track of high scores properly.]

Though, in all honesty, I think RainSong could give us both a run for our money, and win.

Good fortune,
