I got 34. Again this is one of those tests that if you want it to come out a certain way, you can certainly do it. I answered honestly, I could have got a higher score if I hadn't said I do enjoy fiction and things like that. But I'm fairly high functioning, you wouldn't know I'm autistic unless you spend a lot of time with me.

I don't like rdos' test for the simple reason it's too damn long; it totally kills my attention span (those with Asperger's generally have an attention span of minutes concerning things they aren't interested in--was told this by one of Attwood's underlings; 15 minute blocks is the best for those with Asperger's).er mental disorders; they can also pick up totally "normal" people who prefer things the "AS" way.

Interesting observations, so thank you for that. I share the attention span problem of late, but only because of my current chronic fatigue. I was particularly interested in your comment about "things they aren't interested in". Can you tell me where you got this?

I suspect that most people taking the test will have similar results. I was also predicted to have almost all the conditions listed.

I used the test for my father, who I have long suspected of Aspergers and he came up 41.

From the same psychologist (it was a diagnostician); it generally means that those with AS have little attention to place on subjects/interests that isn't their "special" one (naturally, this can run from someone who cannot do anything but focus on their narrow interest to those can do other things, but they're still affected in that they won't give it (what they're not interested in) their full attention, so one won't perform as they should for their cognitive potential).

Dude I can't even figure out what some of the questions on here mean because I can't decide if they're literal or not:

"Do you sometimes have an urge to jump over things?"

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

That one is literal, I think.

Hunting relates to the "Neanderthal" model:
