Asperger's and sleep paralysis ?
I've had it since I was ten. It used to frightening, but now I sometimes even enjoy it. I often hallucinate beautiful music and feel high. Sometimes I feel like there are spirits visiting me, but most of the time it just feels like my body is buzzing and heavy.

You are very likely neurotypical
I used to experience sleep paralysis very regularly until I was about 30. In fact at one time doctors said that I was a person with narcolepsy.
Indeed I do carry both genetic indicators for narcolpepsy: HLA-DR2 & another, but thankfully since 2004 I have only had Sleep Paralysis 2 times. Prior to that is was about 5 days out of 7.

We, the people on the Autistic Spectrum have a choice.
We can either try to "fit in" with the rest of society, or we can be so egocentric that we can't be bothered.
I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.
I've experienced SP many times through out my life, it comes and goes, and have experienced the entire spectrum of bizarre phenomena the comes along with SP.
Everything from simply feeling stuck and paralyzed, or the same feeling but also filled with fear and helplessness, or feeling the presence of something in the room with me, to actually seeing something in the room with me, and 1/2 the time actually being attacked or chocked by these "things" .
I now find SP to be very interesting and have gotten over the fear that's associated with the experience, I have learned to relax when I know it's happening and just let it happen. I have had out of body experiences from SP, and I have also used SP to slip into lucid dreams.
