I only eat fish, omega 3. Sometimes. Fish is considered a primitive soul 0,03 IQ or less. I didn't want too, but you know it's necessary to help in my neurosynapses.
i get omega 3 through soy products. i've eatten tuna once.. it was really good. but.. that was when i was a kid and we were stranded in nowheresvile with a broke down car... and some nice people gave it to us because we were left penniless. since i was raised a vegetarian, i kinda grew up with it as a no-no type of thing.. like i might get in trouble if i ever ate meat. but.. i ate a hamburger once.. and got really sick. since my body's not use to meat, it can't handle it. it gave me a yeast infection, too... plus, i didn't like the taste.. so, i decided that i'd just stick to the veggi-meat. fish is ok, but i still don't eat it. but, sometimes people assume that i do, like, it's a dairy product or something...
but.. meat is meat. if it was once alive, it's meat.
just as a side note, the majority of students at my school are vegetarians. on my campus, they don't even sell meat. they also don't sell alcohol, ciggerets (i think most colleges don't sell those...), coffee, or caffinated soda. we even have a health food store on campus. i guess it's no wonder Seventh-day Adventists have a life expectancy 6-9 years longer than the average american.
but i think Jewish people eat pretty healthy, too.
