Yes to both. I'm a natural sloucher. It just feels uncomfortable for me to stand up straight. I'm having the feeling I will regret this later in life. I also wear glasses.

it could just be that all aspie women are totally awesome, and like to slouch and wear glasses. on second thought. scrap that idea. but i don't mind the glasses for meself...its the posture that is a pain in the back! too much back pain. years of poor self-esteem = mr. burns. posture. not "ex-cell-ent". ((()))

Yes to both. Very poor eyesight and have worn glasses/contact lenses since age 10. Poor posture, though my mother always thought it was because I disliked being tall. I naturally tend to slouch, cannot even pull my shoulders back fully now. I often stand oddly when I have to wait in line as I find it uncomfortable just standing upright and still.

I have okay posture -- now. When I was younger, I used to walk with, as some called it, a "strut," kind of hunched over, knees bent. It was a giraffe-like bouncy gallumph that others found highly amusing. It wasn't until my early twenties that I was able to make my body do what my mind told it to (stand up straight! Don't bend knees!). When I sit, however, it is in a hunched, feet on chair position (left leg bent in front of me, the other tucked under). Of course, I don't sit that way in public. :)

I find that I have a difficult time standing "naturally" while talking with people I don't know well, and will place my arms at odd angles, lean on one foot or on sides of feet.

I've worn glasses since I was eighteen months old.

I find I can maintain better posture on a small chair (or ledge) that allows me to put my feet under the seat. For larger seats I just sit on the edge if I'm able.

Two out of three is not bad.

Same here, but I used to wear a blue lab coat back in my electronic days.

I wear glasses and had terrible posture up until I was a teenage. Rowing excercises improved posture a lot, because it stengthened the scapular muscles so well, but it is still not all that good. I also had big buck gappy teeth up until I was 12 when they were knocked out in a soapbox cart accident and had false ones put in that were not so buckey and gappy.

Contact lenses and a not so good posture. However, I started ballet last year and noticed I walk straight now. It's just problematic to stop looking on the ground, there's too much to see everywhere.
