Has anyone witnessed being #1 twice in the same day?

I think if you do stay on longer than everyone else you move up by default, but it's not the main part of it.

I have actually gone backwards. Likely this is due to a creative wall.

One thing i have done twice is;
after two consecutive logins i was placed next to Alex.
i am somewhat of a troublemaker, perhaps he is keeping tabs on me.

but according to egoism (another forum topic) i would have to believe that the whole process revolves around him, in some form or another.

Do you mean to say that it used to be even more impressive?

What was your height

The high specific gravity of eggnog might prevent the need for a lifeguard,

However drowning may still occur. I do wonder how well one would float.

I seem to have read in the mature forum (would that be correct forum for illicit behaviour/)
i believe in the ask quirky carla anything thread, that it was established that Larval is a posting whore. By his own admission.

I lend my full support to the larval ghost on foot.

It is almost 4 am in California. It is almost 7 am on the east coast.
What are we doing up?
Unless it is to compete for the #1 spot...

I am still dumbfounded.

after following a few hot leads. nada.

the time, what is so crucial about the time?

I need to tap into that (oft used) section of my mind that forces the outide the box thinking to happen. Right now everything is sitting at the front of my brain and its generic at best.

i am up because i just got home from work. i am a night stalker.

which reminds me about a thread i was gonna start. Just more satisfaction for my all too curious mind.

Off to thread start i am.

Let it be known that, barring computer problems, I shall secure the number one spot on Christmas Day.

I agree, it's unfuriating... If I had any idea what-so-ever I might try figuring it out, but I have less then everyone else :P

It had begun to fade somewhat, but Nueroman's statement has piqued the curiosity once again.

It's either mysql or file based php. With a 90% certainty I guess mysql.

MOST such lists use the time() function to enter users into a db table.

But it only takes a line or two of code to change that.

I have bounced myself around by altering my timezone.

If it does rely on a random number generator I'm in trouble, doomed for the rest of my days to wonder.

Other than that, patterns shall emerge eventually.

And I'm very curious as to whether Nueroman can do it.

Perhaps I shall join the effort, comrades in coasts!

time() returns the current time since Jan 1. 1970.

The session times are accessible through global variables.

It could based on time online, but my guess has something to do with the current time vs how long since you've last logged in.

but i check my instinct and i think there is an extra step involved, or its the correct path but the incorrect formula.
