Oh! Thank goodness!! It sounds weird and I thought I was the only person who had maybe tried it with all the sensory issues going on.

I would try it if it was available where I lived.

I don't go that far. The farthest I would go is to put maple syrup on bacon.

Chocolate is just too sweet, in combination with bacon.

as long as the bacon was thoroughly crispy and drained of fat, I would coat it with semisweet dark chocolate and maple syrup. :chef: mebbe put the whole mess atop a pile of soggy sweet potato fries :bounce:

Franco American canned ravioli. I get disgusted looks every time I crack open a can. It's actually a tradition of mine - I used to love eating it on Christmas Eve when I was a wee tot.
I bet I haven't thought of those in 30 years or more......wow...set the wayback machine.....

They're still around - I just had 10 cans delivered today.

I had no idea Franco American was still in business. Their brand disappeared from our local store shelves years ago. The closest thing that's still for sale in my parts is made by the Campbell soup company.

Maple syrup...yeah..pancakes/waffles and bacon just makes perfect sense on the flavor front.

They chocolates they use on those type of things are formulated specially. The one I was given had a slightly sweet chocolate. Not quite bitter, but a good compliment.

I honestly don't like bacon much at all anymore. I'll eat it, but it's just ok. I used to really like it as a kid.

Me too. With a passion. I'm pulling my hair out because the super bowl (a major football game which almost everyone in the U.S, including, it seems, those who usually have little interest in football, obssess over) is starting in February. I work in customer service decorating cakes, and I've been doing stupid football cakes for weeks!

I also generally hate parties, groups of people, socialising with strangers or acquaintances for no discernible reason, a large majority of the foods everyone around me seems to enjoy, and reality TV, among other things.

most uniforms I do not care for, I don't like the regimentation unless it is comfortable at least, and stylish as a plus but that is a rare combo in general.

Amen to that one. Same with burgers. Don't wanna see blood when I'm eating.

Eh? There's blood in that stuff? Ugh.

I dont normally eat all that much in the way of meat (most of it smells bad to me, with exceptions) but that just... why would anyone eat that?

I really hate the humor that most theater audiences interpret as being funny. Every time I go see a movie I get irritated because the audiences always laugh at the dumbest parts.

I also really hate American Football. I hate how worked up people get over it but they could care less about real things.

I also hate being on my phone when I am spending time with people. I will admit I do it at family gatherings but I can't go on my ipod or phone or whatever without feeling like I look like a jerk. Cause I think people who do that all the time are jerks.

I've never tried it but the Two Primary Laws of Deliciousness clearly state:

1) Bacon makes everything better
2) If you think bacon makes things better, just try covering them in chocolate.

So yeah, it'd defy the physics of deliciousness for it not to be good. Just be careful it's collective deliciousness doesn't cause some esoteric wormhole to open up in your digestive tract. That may be unpleasant.

I love Sargent Schultz because we're both roughly the same level of speed and size.
