Chalk! Yes! I can't touch chalk.

Wow , where to start

I detest so many things ... In no particular order .

Touching slimy - greasy cutlery and plates as they're put in the dishwasher .
Sudden loud sounds .
Silence
Background sounds
Wires that get tangled up constantly
Listening to other people chatting about things I just don't care about ( plus making small talk ) .
Social interaction including including 'hanging out ' , parties , wedding , funerals etc etc .
I don't like hearing quiet music , I want to hear it ! !
Modern jazz music ( totally lacks melody )
Wearing any tight clothing
Some textures
Many strong smells especially those in the cleaning product isle of supermarkets
I hate having such a bad memory , which even prevents me from recalling all the other things that annoy me !

Dogs barking
Bieng touched anywhere from shoulders through neck

A room full of women with lisps/ poor fitting dentures talking - the barrage of whistles drives me mad.

I can't swallow moist meringue/ pavlova. No problem if it's dry though.

Smell of vinegar.

Texture of melted cheese.

Texture of cold roux sauce.

Texture of cold gravy.

More than two conversations being held in close proximity (headphones are my friend).

Text below 140 PPI (I see purple lines after prolonged reading otherwise).

Less than 5 hours sleep and that chaotic about to die feeling you get next time you do sleep.

Slow, unobjective conversations.

The smell of caffeine.

First reaction to being touched unexpectedly (eg tap on the shoulder) is Falcon punch.

Yes! That infernal clappity-mushy-sloshy-clicking of somebody behind you in a lunch room chewing. And then they start hyperventilating too. Is it so impossible to eat silently?!

I mean I can understand when it's crisps or nuts, but a soft sandwich or even soup (when they vacuum the soup up like Noo-noo!)?

My fingernails scraping against drywall or anything similar. Just thinking about it makes my skin tingle.

Heavy makeup on my face (I can only tolerate blush, eye shadow, and either lip gloss or lip stain)

How do you find nail varnish/ polish? I found it has a subtle seeping/ burning feeling that's somewhat unsettling, but it's not pain, just an odd presence.

Also pendants resting on the collar bone - little weird?

i burst into laughter every time my eyes are due to be eyedropped.

I have a limited diet because I can't stand the way that some foods "feel" in my mouth. Also I can't stand loud, screeching noises.

Bad smells
Static electricity
Bright lights

I don't like the feel of meat or fruit in my mouth so I avoid eating them.
Physical contact from people is the worst. I don't even like it when people stand too close because I can feel their body heat or smell their scent. Certain fabrics drive me crazy too.

Constrictive clothing
Strange noises where I can't immediately recognize the source
People using excessive filler words such as "um," "uh," and "you know" (The third one sounds patronizing as well as annoying)
Shrieking voices
Droning voices
Stupid laughs (either excessively loud, mostly female laughs or laughing through the nose, usually men who think their own jokes are the funniest jokes ever told)

The wrong pants
nail files
brushing teeth
dogs barking
babies screaming
bad smells
bright light bulbs

The dysphoria.

Doing hiccup-burps.
