I don't think I have ASD, so this makes sense.

25%
You aren't that neurotypical. Social skills aren't your strong suit and you tend to have more skill in other areas, however, you may still enjoy socializing. It is likely that you are autistic.

I would have guessed 32 to 35%. Wish I took this test at verious intervals and could compare. Last interval would be pre prepartion for diagnoses when I only had jouneymans knowladge of autism. .

26% Neurotypical.

You aren't that neurotypical. Social skills aren't your strong suit and you tend to have more skill in other areas, however, you may still enjoy socializing. It is likely that you are autistic.

I'd be very interested in knowing the answers that someone would need to give in order to be a typical NT. With that information I'd know in which areas I need to learn skills, so that I may be able to become more like other people. Then life may not be so hard.

We, the people on the Autistic Spectrum have a choice.
We can either try to "fit in" with the rest of society, or we can be so egocentric that we can't be bothered.
I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.

Not sure if I have done this one before but today my score is

You are 13% neurotypical!

"You aren't neurotypical at all. Sure, it may mean others think of your social skills as "very poor", but that's doesn't mean you aren't good at anything, you probably have a skill other than socializing, which is probably not something you enjoy anyway. It is very likely that you are autistic.":

8%

I thought it was quite a good range of questions and available answers. I'd be vaguely interested in seeing the scoring method.

I assumed it should've started "Your best friend", rather than "your best". With that, I understood the question but could not answer it so ticked the "complete loss" box.
Even with my revision, the question is very poorly constructed.

11% neurotypical.

I'd taken this same quiz back on May 7, 2012. I scored 12% back then. I guess a whole year and a half didn't make much difference. I'm still an oddball and always will be.
