you seem to be rather fumblesome with you keyboard skills.
why do you keep talking about "noobs" ?
why do you spell "owning" as "pwning"?
your contributions are hilariously inadequate.
i do not see you as very smart.

my ODD has gotten the better of me and i will delete this post tomorrow when i am sensible.

Noobs: basically means newbie, started off being used in online games.
Pwning: another internet phrase which is basically, owning I guess. Also started off on online games.

well that is very boring. "noobs" meaning "newbies" meaning "new people" is such a buzz word that is hackneyed after it's first usage.
i guess the word "pwning" came into existence when someone who is "cool" made a typo (i see that "p" is next to "o" on the keyboard) and all the sycophantic followers of that person seized on it to be a super cool new way of spelling "owning"......oh god....
i am not in the world of modernity.
see ya.

How the hell is this trolling? It's a perfectly valid point.

Trolls usually make posts like that to provoke people and to get a drama started. Then they sit back and watch it.

i think it is very short minded to pronounce someone a troll just because their post is hard to accept with ease.

Okay, then, what's "kleast"? How do you "gop throgh" something? What are "skans", and what do they have to do with cats?

On the other hand, when posting regarding someone else's keyboard errors, it would be well to make sure first that you've spelled everything correctly yourself ("you keyboard skills" should be "your keyboard skills" - and is "fumblesome" even a word? Although perhaps it should be - it's quite descriptive, and borders on the poetic...).

:D :D :D

It will be if enough people adopt its usage. It's certainly better than fumbletic, fumblesque, or fumbleful.

On a barely related note, there is no need for anyone to call anyone no0b; it's just plain juvenile in this context.

Enough, all involved. If you need to discuss things privately, then do so - attacks and insults are not acceptable here.

You do have a point, it may have been.... haphazardly constructed though :)

And I totally disagree and it's an insult to those who have done the research and come to the conclusion!

Quite so. I have met doctors who didn't know things about physical medicine that I know. (Notably, the fellow who claimed birth control pills couldn't affect your blood pressure.) And psychologists? I can safely say that I know more about autism than... oh, maybe 95% of psychologists. More than that with psychiatrists. Possibly 50% with neuropsychs, though the one I've talked to didn't impress me all that much. Point being, I know a lot about autism. I've made it my specialist subject for six years. They, on the other hand, have had to study the entire field--nowhere near as concentrated as my sharp focus.

This doesn't make them useless, incidentally. You might have to educate them about autism, but they have general training in counseling and/or medical management of mental illness that can come in handy. Plus, they know about stuff that looks like autism but isn't, which an autism-obsessed autistic will also know about but mightn't be as focused on; and they have an uninvolved perspective, which is why psychologists don't treat themselves if they get mental illnesses.

I'm professionally diagnosed, but I bet I would've ended up putting that label on myself if I'd started studying Asperger's in earnest before my diagnosis instead of after. Well, actually, would've self-diagnosed PDD-NOS. I don't quite fit Asperger's.

This, btw, is not just me trying to make myself look good; I see this sort of thing all the time and it's perfectly run-of-the-mill around WP. An autistic person in their area of special interest generally knows more than a professional in the same field. We are just that obsessive.

I'm currently self-diagnosed and working on getting a dx.. it's really not that easy - I've been bounced from doc to doc for months - still have yet to see anyone - in the position of constantly having to call doc after doc, leave messages, wait for them to call back, explain things and have them tell me to call someone else because they don't specialise in AS or don't have my insurance or they have no idea what AS is and think I'm a stupid loony for suggesting it - all things that are very stressful for me. It's still the only thing that I've found so far that explains all my weirdness and dysfunction and I've been looking for an answer for as long as I can remember. If it turns out I don't have it, that's not going to change anything about me - just means I have to keep looking for another answer - for now, at least I know I'm not some random broken freak of nature. I don't know why anyone would want to be autistic or claim that they have autistic symptoms if there wasn't at least something there.

I disagree with you, kfa91. I self-diagnosed myself recently, but only after years of looking into mental health problems. I'd always thought there was something wrong with me. Why did I have such a hard time talking to people? Why did I have so many passions that lasted only a short time, but that I pursued intensely? Why did I always feel so...numb? I came to many different conclusions, like obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and social anxiety. (And to an extent, I fit all of those.) But then I found Asperger's, and I started to wonder. Maybe the reason that I was bad at conversations was not because I was too afraid to say what I wanted, but because I didn't know WHAT to say.
Overall, Asperger's fits me better than all of the other things I've come up with. I can't get a diagnosis. The online tests I've taken have all indicated that I'm in the Aspie range or just outside of it. (But those are unreliable because I could be answering the way they want me to.) Still, this state of limbo will have to be enough to satisfy me, at least for now.
I'm a self diagnosed Aspie. Who knows, I may be wrong. But for now, that's what I am.
