Many of the symptoms described here sound very much like Maladaptive Daydreaming, such as pacing while daydreaming, having excessive daydreaming be a real problem in your life, etc. Here is a site about it:

I daydream quite frequently, as well. I don't mind it, most of the time I can snap myself out of it if I need to concentrate on what's in front of me. I sometimes do pace when daydreaming, especially if I'm in my house alone.
