However, is there music that makes you stim less, stop stimming, or prevents you from stimming? If so, please reply! I'm really interested. If there's a specific song or artist or genre that helps, say that too. :)

Music I don't like won't make me stim, with the exception of music with a beat. I like beats :D Musical preferences are different for everyone, so there's no single song, artist or genre that would be uhm, anti-stimming

Music I do adore feels like it fills up my brain, all other thought stops and I just listen to the music, it generally makes me stim a lot. I like the whole sensation of just listening to the music like that, which is the reason I'm totally hooked to clubbing recently. The club I like to go to has music I love, and they have awesome lighting, which makes the whole experience amazing.

I often don't notice the people around me, except from the person I dance with. I never dance with more than one person simply because I can't pay attention to more. Sometimes I feel like people are looking and giggling at me when I dance, but I asked my friends and they say there's nothing wrong with my dancing. I do often sweat when I've been dancing for a few minutes, so I'm probably doing it more intense than others :P

That said, whenever I'm dancing in the club and there's suddenly a song I don't like, I just stand still on the dance floor, just staring at the lights.

Yes! Especially if it's a fast song and it's good to dance to. That's why I love techno, the music helps me bring out my emotions and I love to jump around and dance to it.
