an NT colleague of mine hated a supervisor so much he said that when he died he would find his grave and urinate on it-I just wouldnt care and I cant go to viewing and funerals because of all the emotions-if I didnt have to go to my own funeral I wouldnt go either

I actually hate a lot of people. I know hate is such a strong word but I can't change the way I think. If one of these people I hated died, I would be overjoyed.

Judging from what I read on him on boards - yes, but then again, I am completely disinterested in sports of any kind so the whole Kubica deal avoids me.

I don't really hate anyone. I think I'd feel guilty for not caring...

man you're lucky if you don't hate anyone. I only hate a couple of people. Strongly dislike people sometimes, and just dislike a lot.

No one has ever done anything to warrant hate. And if they have, I was not attached to them enough to feel they were worthy of a passionate emotion such as hate.

You're lucky. There are 3 people I absolutely hate. I've had dreams about how I would slowly torture them to death. :?

Actually, no. It makes me feel human. Flawed like the rest.

We all have a dark side. *shrug*

I often say 'If someone told me that person had died in a horrific accident I would be glad!'

I think certain types of people with AS have immense problems with maintaining a stable sense of identity, to the extent that when a person threatens our sense of self we feel overwhelmed by it to the extent that we feel the only way of dealing with the ego threat is for them to not exist. I know this is what happens with me.

I think it's all down to lacking the mental dexterity to put these things in proportion ie file them in a 'not important' file because, as Temple Grindin says, we often have great difficulty even creating these different category files in our head - it all tends to go in either a 'Good' or a 'Bad' file. This is why people with AS are potentially dangerous depending on how well they can control their impulses and how angry they might get.

Also I think because it's generally considered 'bad form' to revel in another person's death, most people will say they wouldn't do this just to conform, as it's 'the done thing'. Yet how many people practically hound others to their death by bullying etc - this is far worse than being glad someone they see as bad is dead in my opinion. People who admit to being glad are being honest, the others are being conformist imo. I also think there's a big difference between wanting a person dead/being glad they're dead and wanting them to suffer/have suffered a lot of pain/torture etc - the second option denotes sadistic tendencies in my opinion.

++++SPAZZ++++ once i had a pain so severe that it dropped me on a sidewalk at a shopping mall. i was sweating profusely and vomited uncontrollably while lying in a fetal position. so, lots of pain. i begged people who were hurrying by to call for help...call the police....call an ambulance......call anyone. no one called. no one stopped to help me. ok, so i look pretty bad----been run over by a drunk driver and mangled in a multi-rollover high speed auto crash--leading to being dead 4 times. but still, couldn't someone have just called SOMEBODY. i had urinated on myself and a wave of pain and nausea almost made me pass out.....and then suddenly started easing. it was then that i realized that i had passed thru a kidney stone. incorporated it in a sculpture. i've never known love from a human. honest. do i hate people? bet your a.. i do. do i want what happened to me to happen to you, so you'll know what it's like to be completely alone, to wake up in the middle of sleep screaming at what happened to you as a child. no, i don't want any of that to happen to you. just don't judge other people when you DO NOT HAVE A CLUE about someone else's life
