Seems like introvert intuitives (IN) are by far the most common. Around 65%. And much higher than average population.
specifically comes introvert intuitive thinking (INT) first, then introvert intuitive feeling (INF).
that survey is cool. And we had more than 200 participants.
Ya and look at the NT group (the rationals) here, over 59%! In a "normal" population it's the smallest group. There's definitely some correlations.
I don't like much calling them 'rationals' because it sounds like the rest of us are not
here is the comparison with the average population (aprox.)
IN - ave. 11%, aspies 70%
NT - ave. 10%, aspies 56%
INT - ave. 5%, aspies 55% (10 times!)
INF - ave. 5%, aspies 15% (3 times!)
more than 200 people is a considerate sample, of course we have to take into account we are anonymous internet users, not all of us really have autism etc but even still I think we can say probably the introvert intuitive population is higher in aspies.
also few people would have guessed there are many INF aspies, but now that I think of it, visionaries think outside the box and don't conform to authority, fits perfectly.
I believe it it GREAT we have so many intellectuals and visionaries!
I really do.
of course all types are important but I think we are underrepresented in the average population. There are so many more of the other types, more of us and more balance would be great,
note: our fifth greatest group is ISTJ, but there is probably no correlation because in the average population we have as many, around 12%.
"Introverted Intuition reflects on patterns, relationships, symbols, meanings, and perspectives on matters from complex phenomena to magical connections to practical problems. The Introverted Intuitive mind typically creates a unique vision and arrives at unique insights about things, phenomena, or people. It strives to discover the essence of things and fill in the missing pieces of a puzzle. Introverted Intuitive types frequently will have complex visions or perspectives that they are unable to explain with clarity to others."
