To answer literally, milk.

I go in phases with food, so I could answer this question differently another time. But at the moment, I'm obsessed with hazelnut butter, made with 100% organic hazelnut (I add a little salt). Kind of strange, huh? Even weirder, I just eat it with a spoon, like pudding; no bread, as I'm a celiac anyway, and it's better as is. I don't know why I crave this at the moment....I have to ration myself, and it's hard- otherwise I'd binge on this stuff all the time.

My first thought was chocolate, but I can't live on it. Next would be asparagus but that has too few calories. If I have to choose one maybe my homemade chicken and kale soup. It's so yummy and I make it very hearty. It has protein, fats, veggies and carbs. I can live on that for days (but forever is a bit of a stretch).

I guess you can tell I'm not a picky eater. It's hard to choose favorites.
