No-one gets close enough to me to put their hand on my shoulder... with the exception of Mrs Trueno. If they tried I'd probably jump back and put up my hands in a defensive gesture.
When I was at work I used to have a 12" ruler on my desk, if anyone got too close I'd put it between us and say "you're too close". I treated it as a big joke, so it was accepted. Eventually people would shout out, "you're standing too close to SJ". I didn't even know I was an aspie in those days.

I'm sure this is the best way to react to invasion of personal space ( joke )

...My instinctive reaction to a library guard deciding to invade my space and touch my shoulder/area is what got me thrown out of the library system here for a year  (now over).

If it were a random stranger touching me anywhere, I'd jump out of my skin! If it were a true friend, it would be comforting.

I say "ow!" Dramatically, then tell them I'm pressing charges.

I used to tense up and try to hide that I was tensing up. Now I just roll with it because I'm manic and when I'm manic I lose my social anxiety; LOL.

For me, if it was unexpected, I might freeze for a sec and look to who is touching my shoulders. If it were friends and family, I wouldn't care much, but strangers I would have a problem because of social anxiety.

I would flinch and rub the spot.

I don't actually do anything, even when it's unexpected. But it will feel like their hand is still there for a long time afterwards, and not in a good way.

I'm not really ok with a lot of contact from others: the afflicted shoulder may well try to subtly do what my cat does when he's walking past but doesn't want to be petted - his back gets lower and lower until the offending hand gives up.

Depends, if it was somebody that I didn't know I'd feel uncomfortable and ask them to remove it, but if it was somebody that I knew it wouldn't bother me too much.
