People may like to imagine all sorts of things it doesn't mean it's true. For example, just you and I having this conversation is probably looking like we are in a clique together to some others.
I agree with Toy Soldier when he says
does that mean him and I are in a clique or ganging up on you? I am wondering if some people would see it that way? I hate hate hate to patronise people and talk down to them but I have been taken over hot coals on WP before purely for not taking enough care to dumb down what I was saying enough so who knows. I still wouldn't call it ganging up. People have issues with some stuff, maybe they even think they have an issue with me because they can never agree with anything I say, but I just don't care really tbh. This is where being (likely) autistic seems to be a blessing. Not fitting in is really no skin off my nose.
Someone simply disagreeing with my opinion is not a problem. I love a good debate.

ok, i promised i would come back when i had more time and respond to everyone's kind comments before i let this thread die:
first i'd like to say that i'm a little embarrassed that i made it in the first place. 
as i believe i mentioned earlier, i've had the winter blahs pretty bad this year and i think this thread was the last gasp of that expressing itself; i really enjoy coming to this forum and exchanging ideas with people, and i know i have learned a lot here. and i do feel a sense of community here that i find to be an extremely rare element elsewhere, and a like-mindedness even with those i disagree with sometimes. i was simply at a low point and feeling sorry for myself when i created this thread.
i also have to admit that the longer the thread went on, the more embarrassed i felt because of the amount of complimentary material in it: if there is one single human behaviour that can immediately put me at my most awkward and fumbly, it's praise. i don't know how to accept compliments with any grace which is a great source of anxiety to me--i appreciate the kind intent behind the compliments, but they make me very uncomfortable all the same.
anyway, thank you everyone and i'll shut up now.

I've never known any of them..to take the time and effort to personally attack anyone..no matter how much they disagree with a person..it's usually a focus on topic rather than someone's feelings getting hurt...and lashing out..over differences in opinions...
i literally cannot tell the difference of the rude temperaments of many of the folks in the PPR section..anymore..than i can of those i find in my relatively little 'back woods' town..in the deep south of North Florida...
I never expected that here..i thought i would see civil and tolerant behavior over the differences in communication of others..since after all that IS WHAT AUTISM IS..A RECIPROCAL SOCIAL COMMUNICATION DISORDER..
IT WOULD PROBABLY WORK BETTER IF THERE ARE SOME SO CALLED 'NT'..MODERATORS HERE...WHO understand COGNITIVE EMPATHY HAVING ACTUAL TOLERANCE FOR DIFFERENCES OF WAYS OF THINKING AND EXPRESSING ONESELF...AND STAND UP TO BULLYING FOLKS PERCEIVING AND EXPRESSING THAT OTHERS ARE 'INTELLECTUALLY INFERIOR OR MENTALLY UNSTABLE OR WHATEVER IS VIEWED AS SUCH BY intellectual bullies here sometimeS
But it is a free site with all volunteer moderators..So there is no solution for that..
i still find some of the topics interesting enough to comment on..to ignore the attempted intellectual bullying...

BUT IT'S REALITY AND CERTAINLY NO NEWS FLASH TO ME...

But if i want to communicate here..
i am told i have to restrict my natural communication as such..that it annoys others..
as i naturally express myself poetically..and folks don't like it..
and am told it's word salad..although that's ridiculous as it's lauded by
professional poets..as a style of poetry ahead of it's time...
So they get their way..the vocal minority of complainers here...
But it ain't no democracy..it's a private all free site..
So that's the price i pay...

I had to take this down and refer to this so called 'light presence'. Topic behaviour is sometimes like a one shot ball game complicated only by ill reference meaning and conferring.
If none of these users don't exist anymore, it's little news to me as to why. To attempt to keep my feelings back as simplistic and degenerate for listeners.. of course if have a much more muted empathy with them it doesn't make my tolerance any less blockade of 'modernisation'.
I don't understand the process really when you come on a forum like this, only to have been told or feel you're getting nowhere by nomads who have outlived their existence on this site for over a century.
Threads like this one are disappearing, because its deemed as 'ridicule to those less able to function cognitively as a whole causing one OP since this time to make her ultimate revival scarce.
If there was a little bit more understanding and less mocking and judging in the language, then maybe a suitable approach could be endeavoured to make the person feel better for themselves and less Dignitas.
Actually, It seems that more than one listener has gone and left, and that would mean bad news later on.
By volunteering to take on a mods role, a commonplace initiative should be to place them in the topic that they are best suited to, so the posters can see where they're coming from and not be deemed biased at all.
Since Alex has updated the site, hopefully an equal amount of fair play can be registered and not deliberately ignored or blocked because it stops so called volunteers getting a kick out of it.
A tactful approach to stopping spammers doing something hateful will in time be asked calmly to tone it down.
Lets hope this site can attract better qualifying staff and associates in the future and note down the age, 'post talk' and intention of the user, in case they don't completely get this site, what it does and who its users are.
