Despite what you say about yourself you do not have a broken brain or a broken soul. You have a difference. No more no less. Start by showimg yourself a bit of respect and make a point of doing the things that YOU are imterested in and you like to do. You could maybe do spme voluntary things or take a class that appeals to you thats where you are most likely to meet like minded people. Be true to yourself and dont waste energy trying to fit in
Just be willing to accomodate others differences amd meet th half way If they seem worth it

You are right. Volunteering is very good.

I once volunteered for a local charity group, but it made me feel even worse and more lonely due to being among NT people who chatted among themselves and ignored me all the time. The day after I finished the activity, I sat in my room and cried for several hours.
