100 years ago you would be considered an expert in any field you choose. Today there's many 'pretend' experts.

Rodney Mckay would enjoy meeting you.

Cancer can be cured within a decade but a real cure won't be for a few decades.

Unless ofc the cure already exists. Turmeric has interesting properties as does Boron. Big pharma can't make money from cheap cures however.

This is going to sound really stupid, but can't everyone predict stocks?

Unfortunately not, there are many different types of intelligence. Im sure there are some things you excel at better than others, in terms of talent. For example Tesla knew electricity it was part of his DNA. Many people can learn things but to be truly good at something a person must have the natural talent. So perhaps something your good at is economics and money matters.

Based on what science and modern understanding is. There is always more to learn.

You're on an aspie site, and aspies think in rigid terms. If you first say your IQ is 192, then change your mind and say it's 92, then follow that up by claiming it's 190, then EVERYTHING ELSE that comes out of your mouth will be deemed a bold-faced lie.

Its not an exact art, because all things in life are like this nothing can be 100% predicted there will always be variables.

He was making an effort to not appear intimidating. Often people of very high IQ also have an ego to match.

Heh why throw away a perfectly good working pair of shoes. Einstein didn't wear socks although its debatable that the construction methods in his time weren't as good as today, he stopped wearing them because holes would appear too quickly.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Hewlett

Not actually too sure who invented the character would be interesting to find out. Im reasonably sure David Hewlett is quite intelligent himself.

'Hewlett was born in Redhill, England, and moved with his family to Canada at the age of four. Hewlett got his first computer in his mid-teens and became a self-described "computer nerd". While attending high school in Toronto, he launched his acting career, starring in student films by Vincenzo Natali. He dropped out of high school in his senior year to pursue careers in acting and computing, beginning his acting career in 1984 at the age of sixteen.

Before his acting career took off, Hewlett ran Darkyl Media, a web site design firm, and also founded Fusefilm.com, a now defunct internet community for filmmakers.'
