I spent 10 years working in the kitchen, I would argue for me AS helped, I could shut everything else in the world out, and keep track of 8-12 dinners at a time. mind you at home I rarely cook anything more than a steak.

I love cooking and I can cook almost anything. Almost all dishes I prepare for myself taste good to me, allthough I have to admit that even though I like eating the same food every day, I do enjoy most meals that are properly prepared. I attribute this to my good memory, knowing what ingredients to combine and being able to recall most falvours I have tasted very accurately, and my very acute sense of smell and taste. I can often analize dishes I have never eaten before down to the last herb. A merit that makes me very popular to invite to parties, because people know I will bring some selfmade food, and it is always, always the first bowl that is depleted.

I can cook pretty well and have even invented a number of dishes during a time when I was living on my own. Being a vegetarian has forced me to become creative with food, but it works to my advantage as I have created a number of surprisingly yummy dishes. Now that I'm with my parents for now, I don't cook as much, but I often whip up something veggie if they're cooking a meat dish.

This misdiagnosis caused me significant stress, which lessened upon finding out the truth about myself from my current and past long-term therapists - that I am an anxious and highly sensitive person but do not have an autism spectrum disorder.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

I currently cook simple Tongan, Italian, Malayan, Indian, Thai, and American dishes.

I'd love to learn from a professional how to cook Indian, Thai, French, Japanese, and Mexican.

Oh... and charcuterie looks interesting too

I'm great at baking. I love it because it's so precise. I can make pretty much anything, from the simplest cookie to the most elegant dessert.
