I have really had good experiences learned a lot.I have a developmental disability which limits my understanding of things.

This is a good place to experience the ASD brotherhood. It goes to show how we all have different views but we are all linked by a common thread

I am so glad i joined also. Living where i am forums like this are the only outlet for me to express my difficulties.

This forum is an amazing community

I like it here. I was initially attracted by the name which is an excellent description of my experience in life but have found it worth staying.

This is the only social platform I use. I surf the web anonymously and use e-mail sparingly--and WP.

I tend to use only a small number of the forums, the ones where I feel most at home. While it is a varied crowd here, overall it is a nice crowd and I have learned to just move elsewhere if a specific discussion or participant makes me uncomfortable.

And I have learned more about topics related to Autism here.

I'm glad I joined WP.

Sometimes, it can get a little aggravating----but my experience with most of the people here sublimate the aggravation, and make my experience on WP rewarding.

I've learned a lot through WrongPlanet.

Even though I'm a newbie here, I'm already learning a lot. Some of you guys have great wisdom.

So far, it has been good! I completely avoid stuff like the politics and news forum, because I don't wish to get involved in that, but luckily normal threads hardly ever get that political.
I mainly like this site because, well, it looks old. It luckily doesn't appear to be optimized (yet). I like the style. It's a nice change from the overly simplistic things I see everywhere else. So please, don't update it! (and don't redesign the logo, I'm chill with that little alien dude)
The people on this site are, in general, really cool and don't seem like total jerks. The population seems fairly diverse, and I like that it isn't just people my age. It gives me bookstore vibes.
Overall, it's a great random thing to waste my time on, and simulates social interaction in a way.

I found WP randomly but stuck with it because it resonated with me. I'm more active on here than any other social media platform or community by far. It's overal a supportive, understanding and safe place.

It's not perfect, but I find the ugly parts and people quite minimal and easy to avoid. WP is the place I always go when I'm not feeling well and need to vent or feel some solidarity, or when I'm feeling well and want to hang around for fun.

yes, you called a journal "pay for publish", I called it fake and gave what I thought was a good reason, and my post got deleted and I was told I could only talk about the content of the article.

I created the 2 Minutes Hate for China thread after being called an apologist for China on a different thread. There's so much hatred for China so I thought I could provide an outlet.

well then thats some gassing I can get behind, which is rare.


and besides the inconsistent censorship and related stuff here, it is a pretty good forum.
