I fit "criteria A" (social issues) and 3 out of 4 categories of "criteria B"

The one I don't fit is the need for routines and rigid thinking about arbitrary rules. I have some mild traits of that category that mainly show up at work (extremely irritable if interrupted from routine tasks) but not enough that it'd fulfil the diagnostic for that particular category imo

I don't walk on my toes. Even if I wanted to do it, I would end up hurting myself.

I also don't pose my arms like a t-rex everywhere I walk. Except when I'm pushing a shopping cart. I lay my wrists across the handlebar instead of putting my hands around it to protect my hands from the germs. I also try hard not to touch my eyes, nose or mouth with my hands when I'm out shopping, even when I get an itchy nose or eyes. I might rub them with my forearm instead.

I think I may have have health anxiety, but I don't know if that's an ASD thing or not.

Stopped toe walking , kinda like almost a bounce in my step ..after watching how normal people walked ( NTs)
it took serious practice at 10 years old.. never thought about it . Until I saw two siblings doing it unconciously .
For years .
