If I may temporarily derail by stating that I absolutely hate the term 'soft skills'.
I am autistic, and there is nothing 'soft' about those skills whatsoever.
I hate everything about it, and I think I should have studied agriculture and tended to cattle or crops, it'd be more pleasant and make more sense than dealing with people.
