Thimerosal and Autism - A Scientific Perspective
Just how safe is it to get the immune system to produce antibodies against foreign bodies, all at once, while the immune system is still forming, and what effects this has on the immune system, and the body itself.
Would it perhaps be safer to administer booster shots of the antibodies themselves, rather than the vaccine, at least until the child is old enough for their immune system to have developed far enough?
No. Injecting a child with antibodies to bolster their immune system would require very frequent shots and would be impossible, from both a logistical and financial perspective. As the immune system is developing, it is in a good position to develop immunity to various ailments. Vaccines should be administered before the child is at significant risk for what you're vaccinating against- otherwise you're taking too big a risk. It is safe to induce immunity while the immune system is still forming, certainly safer than risking a rubella infection.

I don't think that the marijuana comparison is valid. There are quite a few published papers that support using marijuana medically. You have to keep in mind that even though the drug companies, government, and universities have conflicts of interest and suffer from corruption not all researchers do. Most scientists are not that interested in money, if they were they would have applied their intellect to the business sector. Many if not most scientists would give up their home and left arm to have their name cited whenever someone brought up the cause or cure of autism, that is if they would not do so for the progression of science and humanity alone.
One thing that i have been thinking about is the extent of the differences in brain structure. If there is much difference at all i would think it would rule out the vaccine theory. What would be the chances that a toxic substance could alter a human brain to any notable extent without causing a significant loss of intellectual capacities?
