A night shirt or T-shirt and boxers, over my underpants.

usually boxers and a t-shirt
though sometimes i'll wear pajamas if i feel like it.

Also sort of depends on what time of year it is. How hot/cold, etc.

Soft PJ's and socks. All skin except hands and face must be covered...I can't stand the feel of skin touching skin, breathing on skin, sheets on skin--I don't care what time of year it is. So I have lighter PJs and heavier ones, but they have to be long sleeve/long pants, and I can't do without the socks at any time. (Whether or not I'm on the spectrum I dunno, but I'd say I'm damn sure of some kind of SPD.)

Although I love one-piece pajamas, this just isn't the climate for it, so I usually wear underwear. Or, on occasion, what I like to call my "special" underwear.

I sleep naked because of sensory issues. I roll around a lot when I sleep and always found that PJ's would end up tied up around my armpits, cut off circulation to my arms etc. Sheets and a blanket are all that I need to keep warm (if that since it is summer.)

Interesting how different each of us were...if I tried that, that would be the exact kind of thing that would drive me bonkers and I would NEVER sleep. If I'm uncovered, the texture of the sheets, blankets, my own skin, and my own breath would make me NUTS.

I hate clothing and would rather never have to wear it. I can recall getting into trouble for taking everything off and screaming (bloody murder some said) when I would be held and they would try putting socks on me. How some people can wear them to bed, I have no clue.

I sleep in the nude. No real reason other than it's comfortable as hell.

Well, for me, soft, cotton PJs are a "safe" feel. Yet even contact of skin on skin or my breath on my skin is just...UGH. It drives me nuts.

I wonder what it is that makes each of our sensitivities SO different.

LOL Did they wear out?

Soft cotton tank top and cotton briefs is my usual bed attire. I also sometimes wear a cotton night dress like the one Valoyessa posted a pic of, although I don't find it quite as comfy as the tank and panties. I move around in my sleep and any extra fabric twisting around my body drives me nuts.

In the winter I'll wear flannel PJs to lounge around the house before bed. But, I can't sleep in them. In the summer I'll wear drawstring cotton bottoms (full length or capri), or boyshorts with a tank top.

Skin on skin I don't have too many issues with (as long as I have washed recently). My breath on my skin - yes I agree completely. Even if the weather is warm I still like to have a sheet at my neck to protect my shoulders and arms from my breath. Sometimes my wife cuddles up to my back and I wake up with her breathing on my spine - drives me crazy.

Boxers, but I'll sleep naked if I find they're starting to twist up on me. I toss and turn all night, and I end up feeling tangled in them sometimes.

loose stretchy PJ pants (or flannel ones in winter.. so comfy omg) and a big T-shirt.
It feels nice to sleep naked or in underpants sometimes but I have to sleep all spread out or with the blankets between my limbs so nothing touches together.

Usually boxer shorts and topless.
