My house had a severely damaging fire in it and I still like fire. It took six months to repair the place and we lost some antique stuff from my grandparents.

I went through a... Err... "phase" (hesitant to shrug it off, since it WAS fire) where I would burn a ton of old toys I had. I loved watching them slowly melt away at the uncontrollable will of a scorching dominion.... Or, less evilly, witnessing molecular decomposition.
