I've always had bad posture - my mom used to get after me about it all the time saying i'd be stuck looking like my head was growing out of my chest if I didn't start standing up straight. I think I've gotten a little better as I got older but still always slouching. And bad eyes - I wore glasses as a kid but haven't worn them in like 20 years (I'm 32 now) even though I probably could use them.

I think the bad posture might be partly from wanting to avoid eye contact with random people and using computers a lot.

SAME HERE! I slouch, look down at the ground, and am far sighted.

My posture has always been very good. I dont have furniture so I sit crossed legged on the floor. As well, I have a computer chair but I found the 'arms of the chair' bothered me, so, now I use my stool (with no back) and I'm forced to sit with good posture.

As well, I do wear glasses. If I take them off, I look like a different person. Having no hair, I have an endless supply of costumes I could pull of

I don't really have bad posture, but I do wear glasses for distance, especially when driving. I don't think that's necessairly an aspie trait for me as even NT's in my family wear glasses.

I wear glasses for near-sightedness.

I used to have bad posture but have corrected that. Just another thing that has to be done to suceed in an NT world. No need for glasses here.

I don't think good posture isn't "NT," its "nature." While it may show "confidence," its not solely related to only "NT's."

I watch people, from my desk at work, go get prints from the printers. Some people walk with their head completely down, never looking up. Some walk slowly, with their head up, saying 'hi' to those around them. I think its friendly, shows confidence, shows 'contentment.' The opposite shows "low-self esteem, non-confident, troubled," etc.

I think if those with bad posture would straighten their back up, stick their chest out a bit, and walk around with their head up, they'd feel a difference as their internal 'energy' is able to flow better. I, personally, tend to try and walk around without a care in the world.

Yeah, I have worn glasses since I was a child, and I have a poor posture. I try to remember to stand straight, cause it helps you take in oxygen more efficiently.

I wear glasses/contacts and I have horrible posture. I always try to remind myself to sit and stand up straight becase my grandma was a hunchback. It doesn't work though as I always seen to be slumping.

I wear glasses, and have bad posture due to a spinal deformity.

I am nearsighted (20/80) with astigmatism so I wear glasses. I have bad posture only when I am sitting. I've never worn a pocket protector in my life and can't imagine ever doing so.

I don't wear glasses, but apparently I have a bad posture. I seem to walk up straight and stand straight, but I hold my head forwards - even when I am looking up. I suppose that's why I get every f*****g person around me looking at me weird. It's because my stupid head is always leaned forwards, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. My mum says it's because I have a lanky build. People compliment about my lanky build, but I think it's totally offensive when you're a girl.

I reckon I must be deformed in some way. Great. I have AS AND a disfigured body. I must look DOUBLE WEIRD. I'd rather be big and fat than be lanky and crooked-built. IS THERE ANYTHING WORSE THAN BEING DEFORMED??????

I cry nearly every day because of this. Can my f*****g life get any worse? Why don't they just stick me in a zoo and put up a notice saying, ''the thing with the deformed bones''.

Well, I sit with both legs up. One folded underneath me and the other sitting with the knee facing upwards. I don't wear glasses.
