I did it! I am working out the recipe, but it IS an algorithm...

Ahh, I noticed, and was heading here to offer congratulations...

Am I on the right track? I've been taking notes, and can generally keep myself near the top if I pay attention. I missed the magic time tonight, though.

tell you what, i used to like to drink alot. but then i quit. Just kinda forgot to. Now i drink only on Superbowl Sunday, and my favorite holiday the 4th of July. But i sually forget to drink then too.

I did it sort-of-by-accident, I had a theory, but it only worked the first time... cold fusion revisited.

I gave up watching the patterns and started searching code, a brute force approach that will fail if it's been altered. I need something to do in the hours before Christmas anyway...

Caution, Caution!

This is a rant.

This is all fun, but when I think of my impending unemployment, I think WTF good are brains you can't use for anything valuable to the world at large? WTF good are brains when the brains are all you have for good company on a family holiday.

who cares if I finessed my way into the #1 spot? I wish it meant something to me. I wish it could make me feel better, make me have friends who said, why don't you apply for this or that job? I think you'd be great at it. Or, why don't you come work for/with me? Or even, I know being around others is hard for you, but you do a really great job so we don't mind?

what good is number one on a forum no one cares about (I warned you this was a rant)? I am just as invisible here as anywhere else.

give me a job where people are not threatened by who i am, and i will be glad to be number one.
