I'm not sure if it was this quiz or the AQ one, but studies found an equal number of girls and boys tested in the autistic range, the only difference being that diagnosed girls tested higher, suggesting girls need to be more autistic in order to get diagnosed.

People have been saving the images and posting them on imgur.com, then linking from there.
The quiz's results only stay up for an hour anyway.
