So Where is the Wrong Planet going Alex?

Kevv I humbly apologize, I did speak out of turn, and i can now see clearly your worries, you are right it is a lot for such a young man.
When my daughter and her boyfriend both Aspies got home late last night they explained it to me, Adam said that the queen is head of our country but it doesn't give her the right to read all the mail. This explained it a lot better for me.
So I really do apologize. You have some good points and it would unnerve me to think that Alex or anyone else would be reading private stuff.
I really do have a lack of privacy ethics concerning myself, maybe this is why I didn't fully understand. It is an Alien concept to me that people would regard their privacy so highly, but I must respect that they do. and I must assure you that most Nt are not like me, that is an understatement.
I also agree that we do need more good mods.
So please except my apology and I also apologize to anyone else I may have hurt or annoyed. Or made to feel peeved.

We need help here and there even from You and ones like You. I feel nothing from what You have said against Me at all for You meant well for what You saw. We need this help even for Alex to see what We all need. That is a Board of Directors to do the daily work of this site of the Wrong Planet. I hope that this would come of something to help us all here at the Wrong Planet. We need to help Alex to see that We need a Board of Directors Operating this site for all that use it. No matter who use it for We all need to use it to better understand each-other for sure. Alex had a vision and maybe a visionary but it can not hold here as it is in the end. We need each-other to help each-other to maintaining each-other too. Alex needs this Board of Directors to maintain what has become a vision for us all in the end. We must yet move forward to help each-other in the end I think. The Wrong Planet has become to big for even Alex to handle by Himself and needs a Board of Directors to help out on the daily basis for us all in the end. I hope in the end Alex is willing to give up what that is needed in control to a Board of Directors to set this site of the Wrong Planet to a visionary new beginning. For We all need each-other to help each-other too. For that is what makes this site the Wrong Planet for what it is for all of Us together. Alex spoke on a thread in the Members Forum that has been locked and even in the end Moved so that No-one can even access it at all. We must save what there is from the Wrong Planet from it own destruction not from Alex from each-other for We need each-other to help each-other do We not. Even to save this site as it is for all of Us together for sure. We are all Members are We not for even in this time as it is We do need each-other together. For that is what is in the end for sure. This is what is in the end for sure. For should We not care for each-other for I say We should care for each-other too. For this is what the Wrong Planet is about for Us All. That We are Humans that need each-other always to be what We are and What You are to Us too. I have lived more Life times for Myself to count the Life times fore sure at all. We must care to share together do We not. For that is Living Life is it not. Alex Learn this would You Please for Us All no matter Who We Are. That is the Question Alex that I give to You. Can You understand at all that is what is. Answer that can You answer that Alex.

If Alex did set up a board of directors what do you think they should do, what authority do you think they should have, What rules would they be goverened by?
I think it a great idea and it would eliviate some responsibility from Alex, after all he does have his college work that is important for his future.

But how would a board of directors govern a site like this? there would need to be rules and guidelines, would they have more authority then mods or could they be the mods?

If it was your site, all of you, not just Kevv, but how would you all individually want this site run. Remember we don't need names mentioned.
Look upon it as an assignment, you start a site that has got very large, a good site but you don't have the time to run it effectively, what would you do and how would you go about it??

I'm not trying to change topic, just trying to stream line it, get it into more straight focus.

My father was a manger a VP of a few companies even I have learned from him and He has been around the World. That is up to Alex to decide is it not. Not up to Me to decide but He needs to decide We can help Him to decide what is best for Us all that is what that matters for Us all here today and tomorrow does it not. This world has Us all caring for something that is not there for We must care for each-other together to share together for what is all of Ours. For I have spoken a truth for Us all. Have not I spoken it for Us all. Alex needs to make the next move. For I am fighting for Us all. To keep that visionary vision Alex must care to share what this world have given Us.

A Board of Directors should have daily operations of the Wrong Planet. With all the authority due a Board of Directors by law. A Board of Directors need to govern by the need of its Members not just one person as it is done today.

A Board of Directors need to be govern by the laws of today. With the individual needs to be put-forth for All.

Moderators need to be Moderators for there has been to many problems for Us All to follow by what-ever rules. We though need Mediators to help out when it is necessary for All Members of this community to settle Our differences.

We All need to look forward to see the future together in the end.

I have been reading this thread without an identifiable opinion. It looks as though the WP society is growing and it's needs are changing; growing pains. It seems like WP is on the verge of an emergence. Maybe some of these ideas will be adopted. It will call for patience, since Alex's primary duties right now are college. WrongPlanet is his second job. (maybe his third, for all I know. I don't personally know Alex)

On the board of directors - I think it's a fantastic idea. So if anyone has suggestions, by all means, keep talking.

Please don't tell me that the donation of money can in any way influence the adminstration of this site, particularly to run it according to the desires of the donor....

A year is a long time to be at WP. Most members, even the ones who have been here a long time haven't been here quite a year, but are still capable of doing any moderating and/or administrating jobs here. Also, you're being way too idealistic with your list. No one is good enough to meet all the requirements. Seriously.

I didn't say they had to meet all of the requirements just most of them. the reason i said a year or more is because higher ups should have a pretty good feel for the community, and know everyone very well.

EDIT: I am glad we're continueing this discussion here.

I think a year is a little too long. 6 months would be better. The site itself hasn't been around for that many years!
