Lee where you gonna move to?

South-central usa, and I thank you for the info ... but my eyesight is waning and my road days are over after this move. My favorite driving days were in the Florida Keys hauling sand and gravel down from the mainland: 500 miles per day (2 trips) in a 5-speed Mack on mostly two-lane roadway ...

Git 'er done!

Voc rehab (or was it the unemployment office?)
vocational rehabilitation, the unemployment office is even worse. normal people hate its guts, so it must be bad, real bad

I got an eye problem too. That is why I got out of the bigger trucks. I drive the cargo van for now because it is about the only thing I can really get away with right now. I have 20/100 vision in my left eye, but it has been corrected to 20/30 with glasses. I tend to weave around in the lane when i get really tired because my eyes begin to see douple.

Yeah, and your "b" goes upside-down!

My left eye corrects to 20/20, but my right can only get to 20/40 and a flagpole looks like an "S".
