one person's garbage is another's treasure 8)

Walmart no longer selling the type of socks I have worn for 5 years. I had a melt down in the store, plus I hate shopping in general: to bright, to many people, choices and things to remember.

- my mom
- my dad
- answering telephones

I guess you can easily imagine my stress level, when the telephone rang and it's both of them wanting to talk to me, about something I don't care about. Or even worse, they had a fight and each want to talk to me separately and want to vent about the other and have me on their sides.

I think I'd prefer telemarketers calling me, at least it never last long.

people who say "thats so gay" or fag or fa***t in a non cigarette or bundle of wood way. thats happened on this site a few times. i expected more from people who were part of a discriminated against minority.
people who ask me "can you talk?" or "say something"
i hate being told to smile.
bigots(racists, sexists, homophobes, monosexist people, transphobes, ableists, etc)
being told that i can only have sex after i marry or date men only if i want to marry them. especially if its by an older male relative.
places that have loud music, lots of people and flashing lights- for example clubs.
when teachers set group work and leave the students to pick the group. i always get left out.

Prejudice. I've been really annoyed about that recently.

I detest people being in my business and in my space. In my business = I'm private to the point of being secretive, and dislike anyone poking thir noses into my affairs, asking personal questions, or expecting inappropriate involvement in my life.
In my space = I only have my stuff in one room in the house. One. I come home to find that other people have their crap in my space - like hanging their washing in my windows - pisses me off. Or even being in my space at all - opening windows or shutting blinds or whatever.
Just BACK OFF.

interruptions from my routine upset me and therefore annoy me.
i have an internal "autopilot" that steers me effortlessly through my cyclic routines, and when i have to disengage it because an unforeseen impediment rearranges the course i must take, i feel as if i am laboring to analyze and calculate what i action i should perform at every juncture.

if someone's stupidity is the inspiration of my derailment from my routine, then i think quite ill of them.

People that honk their car horns to say hello or to let someone they're picking up know that they're there.
Hate the horn. The horn is for "Look out, I'm going to crash my car into you!"

I agree with so many things others have listed, but will make my own too.

Lying
Rule breaking
Sexism (falls under "stupid thinking and actions of others")
People being paid to do a job that has an affect on others (what job doesn't?) and not knowing how to perform it and seeming to not care
That one really grinds me no matter how I try to get past it!
People who use others, like all those "friends" I have had over the years that seem to be missing from my life, sometimes for years at a time, then contact me in a panic/drunk/broke/in the midst of some crisis and try to work me to get me to help them or give them money or whatever.

OH, one I continue to experience on another forum (music related) THREAD HIJACKING. Just the other day a young woman had posted her violin had been stolen, and I can only imagine how freaked out she is. Checked in to see if there was any news, and three other posters, (who use the forums endlessly to try and prove how clever and cute they are) had yet again hijacked the thread and were posting a bunch of really stupid stuff about possible security devices that could be installed in violins, links about batteries, where to place the device, how long it would last, how it would operate. It reminded me of a funeral I attended for a coworker a few years ago, and the boss lady acted like she was at a festive occasion, like mother of the bride, flitting around greeting people, and sharing the nastiest gossip about the dead woman's family.
Hope this rambling doesn't qualify as hijacking;-)

and they say people on the spectrum are oblivious to some things.....

Generalizations.
Though I hide it well, slow people.
People who insist the modern music has nothing to offer and don't look past top 40s crap.
Negativity.
Prejudice. Against anything.
Disregarding of life as well as torture of it. (i.e. Setting a worm aflame "because it's funny" or laughing at a dead squirrel.)
People who get angry at other people in video games.
People who enjoy with pissing others off.
People who complain about stupid things.
Deliberately unempathetic people.
The "think only of number one" mentality.
Nosy people.
People who complain that they can't get dates and then proceed to spout sexist drivel.
Peter pan syndrome sufferers.
People who do their jobs half-heartedly, not thinking about quality but about just getting it done as fast as possible.
People who skip school and then proceed to complain that a course they skipped was hard.

That's basically it, though I'm sure there's more.

I totally relate to everything bolded.

Can you explain cultural relativism. I looked it up and it said : Cultural relativism is the principle that an individual human's beliefs and activities should be understood in terms of his or her own culture. I'm going to need some clarification.

Here are some things that annoy me:

Homophobia
Ageism (although sometimes I am guilty of this - I wish I wasn't)
Status Quo, especially a very rigid one
People expecting me to be cardboard cutouts of them.

yahoos who honk their horns at me as i'm bicycling on the side of the road, for the sole purpose of startling me into having an accident.
people who play head games with other people.
truculent people in general.
